Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks

I have the perfect quick and delicious meal with little fuss. Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks are incredible! The chicken - coated with lots of flavors thanks to some dried spices and tossed into the air fryer. While they are cooking and the magic is happening, you have enough time to make a great salad. You will love these crisp and juicy drumsticks.


Ingredients for Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks:


1 1/2 pounds chicken drumsticks, dried

1 1/2 tablespoons grapeseed or olive oil


Combine:

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

3/4 teaspoon onion powder

3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

cooking spray


Time-Saving Tip: Combine the seasonings earlier in the day.

Dry the chicken and drizzle with the oil. Toss the chicken with the seasoning mix. I like to wear gloves and use my hands for this step.


Place the chicken in a preheated 400-degree air fryer. I like to coat the rack with cooking spray before adding the chicken—Cook at 400-degrees for 20 minutes.



They're ready! Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks are a snap to prepare and so delicious. I love how this meal comes together so quickly. If you're lucky enough to have leftovers, they make a great lunch the next day.
