If you never had grilled corn now is the time. It is so simple and made even more delicious with our Basil Butter. The combination of the basil, butter, with a touch of garlic and sweet corn, is a perfect match. This is a delicious side to any grilled meat or other vegetables and is also a perfect side to anything roasted.
Ingredients for Grilled Corn with Basil Butter:
1-10 ears of corn, husked

Time-Saving Tip: You can make the basil butter in advance and keep it in the refrigerator. You can even freeze basil butter which is great because it is always good to have some waiting for you.

Let's get grilling.
Heat the grill to a medium-high. Brush the corn with the olive oil. Place the corn on a hot grill. Stay nearby and turn the corn as needed. When you see nice grill marks it's done. While the corn is hot brush the butter on the corn. Make sure you roll the corn as to make sure all the sides are coated with the butter. It's okay if you put a lot of butter...it is delicious. Now sprinkle all over with salt and pepper.
This corn is really delicious. I think you should make extra because sometimes one is just not enough.
