Peanut Butter and Jelly, Naturally



Peanut Butter and Jelly has always been one of my favorite sandwiches, though my jelly has always been strawberry preserves. I love the bites of tart berries mixed in with the peanut butter. Happily, my sons love it, too. When they were little, I tried to serve them one for breakfast, and they thought I was crazy; after all peanut butter and jelly was for lunch. We still laugh about it until this day. I decided to re-invent this already perfect combination with a healthier version. I made my own Natural Peanut Butter consisting of just peanuts, and Healthy Strawberry Spread and replaced the sugar with a little bit of honey. I stopped short of baking my bread but made sure to get a perfect loaf of white.
