Air Fryer Salmon and Asparagus Dinner

A great way to celebrate Fish Friday is with Air Fryer Salmon and Asparagus Dinner. With so few ingredients and just a few minutes, a delicious dinner is on the table. The fish is so moist and flavorful, and the veggie is perfectly cooked. This no-fuss meal allows you to relax your way into the weekend.


Ingredients for Air Fryer Salmon and Asparagus Dinner:


1 pound salmon fillets

1 pound asparagus

2 scallions finely chopped

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 tablespoon olive oil - divided

zest of 1 lemon

2 teaspoons lemon juice

kosher salt

black pepper


Time-Saving Tip: Trim the asparagus and make the salmon topping a few hours in advance.

Combine the scallions, parsley, lemon juice, zest, and 2 teaspoons of oil.


Wash, dry, and trim the asparagus to fit in the fryer. Toss them with 1 teaspoon of oil and season with salt and pepper.


Transfer the asparagus to the air fryer. Top the veggie with the salmon; season with salt and pepper. Top the fillets with the scallion mixture. Set the fryer to 400-degrees and cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
