Bread and Olive Oil



My kitchen on any given day always has a beautiful loaf of bread and an especially delicious olive oil. My sons love this combination to snack on and prefer it as a side to any meal. But here's the catch, the bread has to be good and the oil even better. So I was so excited when my friends from Mina, shared some of their pure Moroccan Extra Virgin Olive Oil with me and knew what to do. I pulled out a loaf of bread and poured some of their single-origin oil right into a dipping bowl. As my family and I dipped and devoured this smooth and delicious oil, I envisioned the sourcing of it at the one family farm in Morocco, and for a minute, I thought I was there. Here's to great ingredients making the perfect snack.
