Green with Envy Smoothie

After a day of game day fun and treats, I'm ready to start my week off in a healthier way. This Green with Envy Smoothie is the perfect pick me up and engine starter. It's filled with lots of fruit like honeydew, bananas, grapes, and fresh orange juice, and a few handfuls of baby kale and spinach. The best part is that it's also totally delicious and comes together in minutes. My sons gave it a thumbs up, so that's as good as it gets. Here's to a great week.


Ingredients for Green with Envy Smoothie:


1 cup green grapes

1 cup cut up honeydew

1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks

1 banana

2 cups baby spinach, baby kale, or a combination of both

3 cups ice

1 tablespoon honey


Time-Saving Tip: Purchased orange juice will also work in this recipe.
