We are ready to prepare our Decadent Wasabi Crackers.

Place the tuna on a cutting board. Carefully chop it fairly fine.

This is what the tuna should look like when chopped.

Combine the mayonnaise and the Sriracha together. Then gently add it to the tuna along with the tobiko, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon minced scallions and Ponzu sauce. Place one tablespoon of tuna mixture on each cracker.

Add a little garnish and it's ready! These are just delicious. These are worthy of a special occasion or anytime you fee like enjoying something decadent.

Enjoy!
