Ingredients for Decadent Wasabi Crackers:
serves 4 - makes 8 crackers
*1/3 lb bluefin tuna
2 teaspoons tobiko, plus 1 teaspoon for garnish
3/4 teaspoon Sriracha
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon minced scallion, plus a little more for garnish
1/4 teaspoon ponzu sauce
1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
sesame seeds for garnish

Time Saving Tip: You can mince the scallions, and chop the tuna in advance of preparation.
* Yellowfin tuna can be substituted for the Bluefin tuna.

We are ready to prepare our Decadent Wasabi Crackers.
Place the tuna on a cutting board. Carefully chop it fairly fine.
This is what the tuna should look like when chopped.
Combine the mayonnaise and the Sriracha together. Then gently add it to the tuna along with the tobiko, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon minced scallions and Ponzu sauce. Place one tablespoon of tuna mixture on each cracker.
Add a little garnish and it's ready! These are just delicious. These are worthy of a special occasion or anytime you fee like enjoying something decadent.
