Fettuccine with Kale Pesto
This Fettuccine with Kale Pesto is one of my family's favorite ways to eat kale. A big dose of healthy kale combined with garlic, a hint of basil and a few other goodies makes this pesto delicious. It's perfect for entertaining because it is great room temperature. Give it a try and I am sure you will love it.

grated parmesan cheese

Boil the pasta according to directions on the box. Don't forget to salt the water. It really does flavor the pasta.
Once the pasta is drained add as much of the pesto as you would like. Start with a little, toss and then add some more. It is easy to add more but you can't take away. Season with salt and pepper.
