olive oil

6 tablespoons prepared pizza sauce

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella

Let's see what we need.

We're ready to cook.

Lightly brush one side of the flatbread with olive oil. Spread the sauce on top and sprinkle with the cheese. Transfer the pizza to a preheated 450-degree oven. If your oven is clean, with the help of the peel, feel free to place the pizza directly on the rack or feel free to back it on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Once the cheese is melted and gooey, it's ready. Since the bread is already cooked, this only takes a few minutes.

It's ready! Easiest Flatbread Pizza is a snap to prepare and delicious. Have fun and customize the pizza with your favorite toppings.

Enjoy!
