Grilled Corn with Herb Butter


With Labor Day in just a few days, I figured you might be looking for an easy side dish to go with all of the weekend festivities. There is nothing more summery than Grilled Corn with Herb Butter. I spread cooked sweet summer corn with luscious herb butter. Each bite is pure deliciousness, and if the butter drips down your chin, even better. Happy Summer!


Ingredients for Grilled Corn with Herb Butter:


6 ears of corn, husked

2 tablespoons grapeseed oil


Herb Butter:

1 stick of butter, room temperature

2 tablespoons of chopped mixed herbs, I used parsley, chives and tarragon

2 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Time-Saving Tip: Prepare the butter a day in advance.

Combine the butter ingredients and set aside.


Rub corn with the oil and grill, turning until slightly charred and cooked. The cooking will take 8-10 minutes. Transfer the corn to a bowl or tray and coat with the herb butter.
