Grilled Corn with Herb Butter is sweet, buttery, and full of fresh flavor. Simple to make and always a summer favorite.

This Grilled Corn with Herb Butter is as simple as it is irresistible. I grill sweet, peak-season corn until perfectly charred, then slather it with a luscious blend of butter and fresh herbs. Each bite is buttery, smoky, flavorful, and even better if the butter drips down your chin.

It’s the dish that brings everyone back to the table for seconds.

Happy Summer!

Grilled Corn with Herb Butter

Ingredients

For the Corn:

  • 6 ears of corn, husked

  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil

For the Herb Butter:

  • 1 stick of butter, room temperature

  • 2 tablespoons chopped mixed herbs (I used parsley, chives, and tarragon)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Time-saving tip: Prepare the butter a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Let it soften before using.

Let's see what we need.

We're ready to cook.

Combine the butter ingredients and set aside.

Rub the corn with oil and grill it, turning it until slightly charred and cooked. This process will take 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer the corn to a bowl or tray and coat it with the herb butter.

It’s ready! Grilled Corn with Herb Butter is deliciously easy and full of flavor. The sweet corn, kissed by the grill and slathered with herb-flecked butter, is everything a summer side dish should be—simple, fresh, and a little indulgent. It comes together quickly and disappears just as fast. After all, when the weather is this beautiful, who wants to spend too much time in the kitchen? Serve it up, soak in the sunshine, and enjoy every bite.

Enjoy!
