10 ounces kale, torn into pieces
1 3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 cup lightly packed mint leaves
4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon course pepper
