Natural Peanut Butter


I love peanut butter. Its creamy, nutty flavor is incredibly comforting when slathered on bread or eaten straight from the jar. Though when I'm eating it, I can't help but shudder a little bit when reading the back of the jar. Between the calories and sugar it kind of starts to chip away at my good time. So I decided to make a healthy version at home. It has only one ingredient, roasted peanuts. It's so easy and fun to make your own. I don't know what took me so long!


Ingredients for Natural Peanut Butter:


*16 ounces roasted, shelled, and unsalted peanuts


* I'm happy without any salt but feel free to use salted peanuts or a mixture of unsalted and salted.


Time-Saving Tip: Prepare the peanut butter a day in advance.
