Brie, Turkey, and Apple Baguette

There are a few sandwiches that I love and this is one of them. Succulent roast turkey, layered with brie, granny smith apples, topped with frissee and sandwiched between a crisp baguette is pretty much a perfect sandwich. With a swipe of honey mustard, this becomes a serious contender for an all-time best.
Ingredients for Turkey, Brie, and Apple Baguette:
1/2 baguette (about 12-inches), sliced in half lengthwise
6 - ounces sliced turkey breast
3 1/2 ounces sliced brie
2 tablespoons honey mustard
1/2 granny smith apple, sliced into 8-9 slices
1 small head frisse
Time-Saving Tip: The sandwich can be made a few hours in advance and packed for a school or work lunch.

We're ready to make the sandwich.
Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard on the bottom slice of bread. Pile the turkey on top. Place all of the apple slices on top of the turkey and top with the sliced brie. Spread another tablespoon of mustard on the top piece of bread. Cover the cheese with frisse.
Now put the top piece of the baguette on top. How's this for an awesome looking sandwich?
It's ready! Just slice it up and serve. It looks awesome! This sandwich is easily doubled. This is perfect for school lunches, work lunches, and parties. It's really delicious.
