This deliciously fresh-tasting salad looks beautiful and tastes fantastic. Ingredients for Holiday Persimmon-Pomegranate Salad:


5 ounces butter lettuce

2 persimmons, peeled and sliced

2 ounces pomegranate seeds

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/2 cup pistachios

extra virgin olive oil

balsamic vinegar

kosher salt

black pepper
