Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Simple roasted potatoes with fresh rosemary are the perfect partner to any roast, grilled food, or even a braised meal. When done right, they're really delicious. They're so easy to prepare and can easily be made for a large group. Sounds good to me!

Ingredients for Rosemary Roasted Potatoes:

serves 4 - 6

1 1/2 pounds small potatoes, halved

3 cloves minced garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary

Kosher salt

black pepper

Time-Saving Tip: The potatoes can be mixed with the other ingredients in a baggie and sealed. They will keep at room temperature for about an hour.

Let's see what we need.

Let's cook.

Preheat the oven to 400-degrees. Clean and dry the potatoes. Cut all of them in half. If some seem much larger than the other those might need to be quartered. Put the cut potatoes in a large baggie and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake the bag around and pour the mixture into a glass baking dish. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Shake the pan a bit to move around the potatoes. Bake another 25-30 minutes or until done. They will be crispy and slightly brown. If needed, add more salt and pepper.

They're ready! These potatoes are so good. They are perfect for any occasion.

Enjoy!
