Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Updated: Mar 6, 2022

Easy, delicious, and spicy, these Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Tenders make the best game-day snack, appetizer, or meal. All it takes is chicken tenders, a bit of seasoning, and my favorite buffalo sauce. All I did was dip the tenders in seasoned flour, egg, and then back in the flour before sliding them into my air fryer. After a few minutes and a drizzle of sauce, and my family was in heaven. I like to serve these with some veggies and blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Ingredients for Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Tenders:

1 pound chicken tenders

3/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon Franks Red Hot Seasoning Blend

2 eggs + 2 tablespoons water

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

4-6 tablespoons Franks Red Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce

Cooking Spray

Serve with blue cheese dressing and cut up vegetables

Time-Saving Tip: Get your napkins ready and veggies cut, so you're ready when your chicken is ready.

This is my Philips TurboStar Technology Airfryer. It's so easy to use and clean. Learn more about Things I Love in The Kitchen including this Air Fryer HERE.

Let's see what else we need.

In addition to the air fryer we just need a few things, to make these delicious chicken tenders.

We're ready to cook!

Mix the flour with the Franks Red Hot seasoning, salt, and pepper, and beat the eggs and water together.

One at a time, dredge a piece of chicken in the flour, shake off the excess and dip in the egg mixture, and then redip the chicken back in the flour egg mixture. I like to line these up on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

Coat the surface of each with cooking spray. Transfer the tenders to a preheated 400-degree air fryer. Working with as many can fit in a single layer in your fryer, place the side of chicken coated with the spray touching the rack.

Top the chicken with more spray. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, depending on the size of the tenders, turning halfway and coating with more spray as needed.

Transfer the tenders to a bowl and gently toss with Frank's Red Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce.

They're ready! Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Tenders are crazy good. They're great for snacking but I love them for lunch.

Enjoy!
