Best Roast Chicken Drumsticks


We are a house divided. One son loves chicken, and the other does, as long as it's beef. But we can all agree as long as the food is flavorful and cooked right we're all in. So I mixed up a batch of special seasoning and doused the drumsticks with it and a bit of oil. I popped them in a hot oven, and the result was the Best Roast Chicken Drumsticks. Each bite of this juicy and crispy chicken exploded with flavor. I made extra for lunch the next day. And even my beef loving son loved these.


Ingredients for Best Roast Chicken Drumsticks:


5-6 pounds chicken drumsticks

5 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon kosher salt

2 teaspoon smoked paprika

3 teaspoons onion powder

3 teaspoons garlic powder

1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon hot paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
