Bratwurst with Beer-Braised Sauerkraut

With summer fun in full swing, I have grilling on my mind. Especially when I can give a twist to an old favorite. Bratwurst with Beer-Braised Sauerkraut fit the bill. I grill bratwurst and buns until golden and then top them with a sweep of grainy mustard and sauerkraut, braised with beer and fennel seeds. The first bite pops, and the delicious flavors come together. And this entire meal takes about 20 minutes to prepare, including heating the grill, which means I have more time to play.
