Ingredients for Easy Baked Cod and Tomatoes:
4 cod fillets, about 2 pounds
1 lemon sliced
12 ounces sweet cherry tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced + 3 tablespoons of olive oil, mixed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Harissa Seasoning, divided
kosher salt

Add the tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of oil to a large baking dish; sprinkle with salt and toss. Place 4 slices of lemon on the plate and top each one with a fillet. Spread the fish with the garlic and oil mixture and sprinkle with salt.
