Easy Baked Thin Chicken Breasts


I love these Easy Baked Thin Chicken Breasts, and they are seasoned and baked to juicy perfection. They are great for dinner with a salad and some veggies, and the leftovers are fantastic in sandwiches, salads, and even fajitas.


Ingredients for Easy Baked Thin Chicken Breasts:


2 pounds thinly sliced chicken breast, I used Bell & Evans

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon white pepper


Time-Saving Tip: Measure out the spices out and to save time measuring later.

Toss the chicken with the spices, lemon juices, and olive oil and let rest 15 minutes.


Place the chicken on a parchment-lined sheet pan and cover with foil. Transfer to a preheated 450-degree oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken. Let rest, covered for 5-10 minutes before serving.
