Easy Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa


If you're anything like me the Super Bowl is best when there are plenty of delicious chips and salsa to go around. Here is my Easy Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa that comes together in just a few minutes. It's so good and everyone loves it. I combine a can of fire-roasted tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, a squirt of lime juice, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro. Not only does it come together quickly it is so delicious you'll be making it again and again.



Ingredients for Easy Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa:


1 14.5-ounce can diced fire roasted tomatoes

1/2 cup diced white onion

1/3 cup chopped cilantro

4 cloved garlic, coarsely chopped

1-2 jalapenos, seeded and diced

2 tablespoons lime juice

kosher salt


Time-Saving Tip: Prepare the salsa a few hours in advance.
