Favorite Grilled Pork Chops


Summer days call for fun in the sun and long days at the beach, so I try to make delicious and easy meals. Favorite Grilled Pork Chops are perfect! These are the juiciest and most flavorful chops around. Seasoned just right with lots of smoked paprika for a smokey flavor.


Ingredients for Favorite Grilled Pork Chops:


3-4 bone-in center-cut pork chops

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

3-4 tablespoons of olive oil or grapeseed oil, 1 tablespoon per chop


Time-Saving Tip: Combine spices in advance.

Combine the seasonings.


Toss the chops with 3-4 tablespoons of oil and the spice mixture.


Transfer the meat to a preheated grill that has been light coated with oil. Cook the pork until the bottom has marks and is golden. Flip over and continue cooking until done. When tested with an instant-read thermometer at 136 degrees-138 degrees they are ready.
