My favorite way to enjoy fish when prepared is with fresh and healthy ingredients. So Healthiest Baked Flounder with Lemon and Garlic is perfect for me. Ingredients for Healthiest Baked Flounder with Lemon and Garlic:


2 pounds flounder, dried

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons lemon juice

zest of 1 lemon

1 lemon, sliced thin

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves monced gsarlic

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 chopped fresh parsley

Time-Saving Tip: Prepare the side dishes because the fish cooks quickly.
