KETO Candy Girl Chocolate Chip Cookies


I was so happy when my friends over @ketocandygirl sent me some sweet baking mixes. It was perfect timing, too, since we were all in the mood for some chocolate chip cookies. These mixes are a breeze to prepare and are gluten and grain-free, sugar-free, and keto-friendly. All I had to do was add butter and an egg, and the rest is, as they say, history. In a short time, my family was snacking on freshly baked warm, gooey, chocolate chip cookies.


Ingredients for KETO Candy Girl Chocolate Chip Cookies:

1 package KETO Candy Girl Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

1 stick butter, room temperature

1 egg, room temperature

Time-Saving Tip: Get your milk ready because these cookies will be ready in a jiffy.

I used a hand beater to mix the butter, egg, and cookie mix.


Scoop 16 equal spoonfuls onto parchment-lined sheet pans—Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
