Mango Smoothie


My sons love smoothies, so I surprised them, and I whipped up some Mango Smoothies for the family. A little Greek yogurt, oat milk, chia seeds, a splash of vanilla, and many mangoes make the creamiest and most delicious breakfast drink or midday snack.


Ingredients for Mango Smoothie:


2 cups frozen mango

2 1/2 cups oat milk

1 7-ounce container Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla
