It doesn't seem to matter how many times we have grilled steaks. The question we always ask is, "How should we cook them?" There are a bunch of different methods but sometimes simplicity is best. This was one of those times, so all we needed now were a few ingredients and a hot grill.
Ingredients for Perfectly Grilled Steaks
2 Rib Eye Steaks
Time Saving Tip: Have your husband or friend start the barbecue so you can put your feet up for a few minutes!
About 30 minutes before grilling take the steaks out of the refrigerator and let them rest. Preheat the grill to high. Brush the steaks with olive oil and liberally salt and pepper both sides of the steaks.
After placing the steaks on the grill, cook for about 4 minutes until some nice grill marks start to appear. Flip the steaks over and cook for another 4 minutes for a perfect medium rare. Let the steaks rest a few minutes before eating. Dinner is ready!
