Truff Wings

Updated: Sep 17, 2020

My sons know how much I love spicy foods and surprised me with a special treat. I fell in love with the fancy packaging, and when I opened up the bottle of sauce, I swooned at the fantastic aroma. White Truff Hot Sauce is a combination of chili peppers, organic agave nectar, white truffle, and a dash of coriander. The peppers and the white truffle make an intoxicating combination. While I would have been happy to drink this stuff, I knew my sons had higher expectations from me. So after some brainstorming, I decided it was all about the sauce and drizzled my new favorite condiment over oven crisp chicken wings. Of course, these were the best wings ever. Here's to the best sons and to my new favorite sauce.

Ingredients for Truff Wings:

Truff White Truffle Hot Sauce

3 pounds chicken wings, cleaned and dried

1 1/2 tablespoons grapeseed oil

kosher salt

black pepper

Time-Saving Tip: You might want to double the amount of wings because these disappear fast.

Let's see what we need.

We're ready to cook.

Coat the wings with the oil; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake in a preheated 500-degree oven. Turn the wings at 20 minutes and continue cooking until they are crisp. The entire cooking time will be around 45 minutes.

Transfer the wings to a platter and drizzle with the sauce.

They're ready! Truff Wings are so delicious. I will admit that they are hard to share, so it's a good idea to make lots of these.

Enjoy!
