2/3 cup popcorn kernels
2 tablespoons grapeseed or canola oil
1 tablespoon white truffle oil
1 teaspoon truffle zest
1 1/2 teaspoons fine sea salt

We're ready to make the popcorn.
Combine the popcorn and grapeseed oil in a heavy pot. Make sure the pot is large enough that the popcorn is in a single layer. Partially cover the pot and cook over medium heat, shake the pot so the popcorn does not burn. Once it sounds like the popcorn has stopped popping it is ready.
Add the truffle oil and toss well. Then sprinkle the truffle zest and salt on top and toss well.
