Watermelon-Strawberry Cooler

I'm a water drinker, but when the temperatures rise and the sun is shining, sometimes I want something just as bright and delicious to sip on. This Watermelon-Strawberry Cooler is fruity is both tart and sweet and is refreshing. The combination of the watermelon and strawberries is so delicious, and I added fresh lime juice and honey for the perfect balance.


Ingredients for Watermelon-Strawberry Cooler:


3 cups diced watermelon

3 cups sliced strawberries

2-3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 cups of ice


Time-Saving Tips: Cut the fruit up to a few hours in advance and refrigerate.

Add the fruit, ice, lime juice, and two tablespoons of honey to the blender—whiz until pureed and a little foamy. Taste and add additional honey if needed.
