White Hot Chocolate

It's always such fun when we have a big snowstorm. I love spending time outside and then warming up with something delicious. This version of White Hot Chocolate is like having a warm hug. All I did was combine white chocolate, low-fat milk, and a splash of vanilla. A few minutes later, I was sipping on the most scrumptious cocoa ever. I surprised my family and topped theirs with some whipped cream and marshmallows. They loved it!

Ingredients for White Hot Chocolate:

8 ounces good-quality white chocolate chips

4 cups 2% milk

3/4 teaspoon vanilla

a pinch of fine sea salt

Feel free to use whole milk if you want your cocoa super-rich.
