1 7-ounce Bag Bay Arugula
3/4 cup shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano
1/2 fresh lemon
extra virgin olive oil
freshly ground black pepper
Time-Saving Tip: If you have a block of cheese a portion of it can be shaved ahead of preparing the salad or you can even purchase shaved cheese.
